Important things to keep in mind to achieve weight loss and improve body mass composition.

First of all: be PATIENT and kind to yourself!

You didn’t gain all that extra weight you’re planning to get rid off in one day, so be aware weight loss is a process that will require time. Being realistic is the best start you can aim for!

To lose weight you need to eat less calories than you spend. You probably know that, right?!
This statement sounds simple, but a lower-calorie diet should be done with caution. It’s not about closing your mouth and starving! It’s more about the quality and quantity of what goes through your mouth. 😉

The proportions of the deficit and the composition of these calories have a huge impact on the quality of weight loss. Read quality in this context by losing fat and maintaining muscle mass. 💪

Some tips:

📈Don’t be in a hurry. AGAIN, be patient! It will be a journey with ups and downs.

❌Don’t make an aggressive deficit.

✅Prefer a high-protein diet during the hypocaloric phase. It will help maintaining muscle mass. Protein also helps with satiety throughout the diet.

🥦Eat as natural as possible.
